Petit Palace Puerta Del Sol Madrid

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the exceptional location of the hotel near Puerto del Sol. It was within walking distance to major sites such as Plaza Mayor and Palacio de Madrid. The proximity to restaurants and fast food options made dining convenient. The hotel's proximity to Chocolateria San Gines and Calle Gran Via also added to the overall experience. The breakfast was delightful as well.

Felt fortunate, no reason to complain.

I had a super experience at this hotel. The staff surprised us with a birthday card, champagne, and chocolates for my boyfriend. The location is the best in the city center, close to everything. The staff was always smiling and very helpful. The rooms were ultra clean and the breakfast was very nice. The hotel also offers free bike rentals, a great perk. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, making it easy to walk to all the sights. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

We had a romantic escape at this hotel and loved the central location. It was easy to explore the city and visit all the interesting sites on foot. The staff was very helpful and could provide information in English. The room was quiet and we had a good night's rest, despite being on a busy street.

The AC was not very effective and the room became stuffy, especially considering we were a party of four. The design of the toilet door lacked privacy with a see-through glass panel that couldn't be locked.

This hotel is a city break gem! It is right in the center of Madrid, within walking distance to all the main attractions. The staff speak excellent English and are very polite and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a lovely terrace overlooking the Puerta del Sol. The breakfast, which is included, has many vegetarian options and is served with attention to detail.

Conveniently located, close to everything. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms with environmentally conscious products. Safe for solo female travelers. Easy access to public transport.

The staff was fantastic and friendly, our room was comfy with great amenities, and the terrace was spacious and perfect for relaxation. The location was excellent, with plenty of food options and attractions within walking distance. a wonderful experience and we would definitely seek out the Petit Palace brand in the future.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel is perfectly situated for exploring all that the area has to offer. Just steps away from Plaza Puerta del Sol, you'll be in the center of everything. With a metro station nearby, getting around the city is a breeze. The rooms are spacious and the showers are amazing, with overhead rain showers and horizontal shower jets. The staff are also incredibly helpful and efficient.

The temperature control in the rooms could be improved.
